Well, I haven’t blogged since my birthday and I feel empty and bad because I cannot write about what I feel or see outside. That’s all about to change soon because I shall be done with Uni coursework and back to blogging. The updates though have been interesting lately and I would share some pressing issues with the world in later times but for now these are what I’ve got :

• We all are aware and shocked about the news on the death of Dapo Olaitan Olaonipekun a.k.a ‘DaGrin’ . I really never wanted to believe that it was true and I actually said I was never going to blog about it if it was but …. how could I not??

He was one amazing Nigerian indigenous rapper and no one could rep his country better than him. He is responsible for smash hits like ‘Kondo’ and ‘Pon Pon Pon’. He was respected by rappers all over the country and was nominated for an award. He sustained severe injuries from a car accident and passed away on 22nd April. He will be remembered. #RIPDagrin

• Something new is out and you should subscribe and be on the lookout for…. Raw32 !!! Hym started this and I believe it is something that is going to bring out the talent in the young aspiring rappers. According to him (Hym ..lolz..) the first season is going to be 15 episodes and these would include rappers like Midnite and Flowsmith in them ( I cannot wait for those episodes myself) . At the moment, 2 episodes are out !! Check :

• Flowsmith ‘s Life vol.1 is out !! This album took a while to make . All beats by flowsmith expect ‘all mine’ plus K Rimez and Mist featured on bonus tracks. The Videos were shot by our man Pusoro and he also designed the album art. The album was positively received and people were impressed with the creativity although it had a dark theme to it.
